America’s Kids Swim School, brings swim school instructors to you!
Children will learn basic swimming techniques in 10 lessons, or additional lessons are free (see our guarantee). First and foremost, emphasis is on water safety. Then students learn swim strokes where we continue to guarantee PROGRESS with every lesson. We teach children to swim the right way the first time! Our instructors are experienced Water Safety Instructors and/or trained lifeguards who have passed rigorous background checks and carry full liability insurance. And of course, they love working with kids!

What is the best age to start swimming lessons?
No other lesson or sport could save a life so the sooner the better!
Can I do a trial lesson?
We do not offer trial lessons however we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If after the first swim lesson you are unsatisfied with your instructor we can move your lesson location and match you with a different instructor.
Can lesson packages be shared with amongst siblings?
Yes. However, for safety reasons, we limit lessons to one child per 30-minute time slot. If you would like to schedule lessons for more than one child within a lesson package, we will happily book them in back-to-back 30-minute sessions so each swimmer receives focused, individualized attention.
What areas do you teach?
To ensure we can serve you well, we teach anywhere within 5 miles of the Clovis Unified School District Boundaries.
Who will contact me to confirm my lesson times and days?
After we match your location with an instructor, an office staff member will contact you to discuss and finalize your lesson days and times for the package you purchased.
Do we need our own pool for the lessons?
Yes, you need access to a private pool, or permission from your community pool. If you do not have access to a pool, you may attend our outdoor pool located on Shepherd and Willow.
When is my payment processed and can I pay with cash or check?
Payments will be collected after your form has been received and our office staff contacts you to confirm a schedule. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
How long will it take my child to learn to swim?
Learning to swim is a process like walking that takes practice to coordinate movement, breathing and body position in the water. Children learn at different paces but our goal is for them to learn as quickly as possible being taught in an enjoyable and positive manner.
How do you teach and what curriculum do you use?
We teach swimming the right way the first time with nationally certified curriculum created by the American Swimming Coaches Association. Our curriculum is goal oriented and rewards swimmers as they master swimming skills on their learning to swim journey! We love to swim, love children, and love teaching them to love the water!
